The information center at BTV is staffed by the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce.  The Information center serves many needs of the traveler to Burlington International Airport, including Courtesy Paging. They provide information on parking, directions to local areas and events, and ground transportation services. The staff can also provide general information on what is available at Burlington International Airport, such as ATM's, telephones and Wi-Fi.
